Lifetime Registration Fee:
The lifetime registration fee is a one-time fee. It is refundable within 90 days. The refundable amount is 90% of the amount paid.
Selling, Refining, or Testing Fee is non refundable.
General Return Policy: We pride ourselves on the superior quality of our products and the expertise of our employees. Subject to the exceptions below, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or your money back - shop with confidence knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 calendar days. We will be happy to offer you the choice of a refund.
It will take 90 days before the refund is made. APG Refinery will deduct 5% of the original purchase.
Returns/exchanges under the general return policy are subject to the terms below and the terms applicable to all returns/exchanges:
If you choose to receive a refund, which will take effect after 90 days, the refund will be made in the same form of payment and the same currency (i.e., Philippines Pesos) as the original purchase. Products must be returned to our office, where it was initially bought, within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
